Delivery Terms & Conditions
To ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your materials, please review our delivery guidelines below.
1. Booking & Minimum Requirements
- Advance Booking: To secure your preferred date and time, please place your delivery request at least one week in advance.
- Minimum Order: Delivery is available for orders meeting one of the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 tonnes of sand
- Minimum 20 bags of cement
- Any order totaling over $500 (excluding delivery fees)
2. Vehicle Capacity & Load Limits
- Forklift Truck: Maximum capacity of approx. 10 tonnes.
- Example: 8T Sand + 1 Pallet (84 bags) of Cement.
- Crane Truck: Maximum capacity of approx. 6 tonnes.
- Example: 5T Sand + 50 bags of Cement.
- Loose Sand: Maximum 2 tonnes per delivery (due to tipping vehicle constraints).
3. On-Site Requirements
- Attendance: You or a designated site contact must be present at the scheduled time. Please provide the contact name and phone number of the person on-site.
- Parking & Access: Adequate parking space for our trucks must be secured.
- Note: We cannot park in “No Stopping” zones.
- If a delivery cannot be completed because the truck cannot find a safe parking spot, the delivery fee will be non-refundable.
- Traffic Control: If the truck is required to occupy a portion of the road due to site conditions, the site contact must provide necessary traffic control.
4. Safety & Unloading (Crane Trucks)
- For safety reasons, crane trucks will only unload items immediately adjacent to the truck.
- We cannot extend the crane over fences or deliver items to a second floor
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made after business hours on the day prior to the scheduled delivery will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the delivery charge.
